Does the TAP Student need any particular document in order to be accepted into Canada?
Most Canadian Embassies require a Guardianship Form to be filled in by the parent or legal guardian. Please check with your closest embassy for details. The form consents someone in Canada to take care of the child while in our country. The form has to be filled by the parent/guardian and then sent to our school for confirmation. Our school will than appoint a guardian for the child and the documentation will be sent to the student for him/her to posses.
Click here to download the Guardianship Form. Only complete page 2 of the form.
