Booking your course at IH Toronto

Course booking procedure

Online booking

Book your course now

You can book your course quickly and easily using our online booking system.

To confirm the booking you will need to pay the registration fee of $CAD 120.

Alternative payment methods

If you prefer not to book online, you can download an enrolment form and send it by mail or email, accompanied by the $CAD 120 registration fee, which can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.

All fees are payable in full, on or before the first of the course.

Confirmation of booking

When you book a course and arrange payment, you will receive a booking confirmation to confirm the course you have booked, your course dates and accommodation details.

Bookings can be held with the payment of the registration fee, but are not fully confirmed until full payment for the course and accommodation is received.

Payment via bank transfer

Bank transfers should be made to our account in $CAD using the following information:

  • Bank name: TD Canada Trust
  • Full address: 2169 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M4S2A1
  • Account holder: IH Toronto Inc
  • Transit: 19222
  • Account: 5007897
  • Institution: 004

Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges.

Where a cancellation is received 15 days or more before the course is due to start, the course registration fee is refunded less $CAD 60 for expenses.

For cancellations received with less than 15 days' notice, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Once the course has started, the cost of the entire program (course and accommodation) is non-refundable.

Under exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the school Director, a student's unused fees can be held on account for up to 12 months. In other words, the unused fees (not including the first two weeks' course & accommodation fees which act as the cancellation fee) can be used to study at any of the language schools in the IHLS Group for up to a maximum of 12 months after the cancellation date.

We recommend students take out a course cancellation insurance policy, just in case.
