Housing and Student Services Coordinator
Job description
- Responsible for ensuring students get appropriate accommodation including homestays, residence and student house
- Establish, promote and keep an updated list of potential accommodation options
- Responsible for getting feedback on accommodation from students and apply the different suggestions
- Arrange pick up and drop off for students joining IH, including keeping contact with the transportation contractor
- Ensure issues regarding Accommodations, Transportation and Health Insurance are dealt with appropriately
- Ensure accounting department gets the related invoices with their payment schedules
- Provide options for Health Insurance to students and follow up with the HI company
- Telephone relief duties
Qualifications
- At least one year experience working in registrar/admissions and/or administrative duties
- Experience in a school and/or an ESL environment is a definite asset
- Experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Secondary school diploma and some related certification
- College degree is a definite asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be organized and work independently as well as part of a team
