Experience:

• TESL Canada certification is a must.
• No full time commitments.
• Appropriate living space, no basements please.
• Someone who is naturally curious about other cultures.
• Willingness to spend time with the student besides the general care and tutoring hours. This is a full time job!
• A person with patience, a welcoming attitude and an open personality.

Details:

International House, a private ESL school is in need of Homestay providers for our adult international students. Homestay providers are responsible for the following:

• Have a furnished room/rooms available for an international student
• Able to provide 3 meals a day
• Spend 15-30 hours a week with the student for private ESL lessons
• Have time available to help the student become accustomed to Toronto and to spend time with them

You will be a large factor in how the international student perceives Canada!
