Skills and Requirements
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be energetic, flexible, reliable, responsible and work without direct supervision
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree and minimum of TESL Canada 1, CELTA, or Trinity required. TESL Canada Level 2 or DELTA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in ELT
- Management skills and teacher training skills
- Able to work independently and operate the school’s academic department with little or no supervision
Duties and responsibilities
- Induction and training of new teachers
- Taking care of the human resource needs of the studies department
- Designing and updating school curriculums
- Helping all teachers with material and preparation
- Scheduling students into the right levels and classes
- Dealing with students’ academic needs
Salary
