Job description
- Responsible for replying to general inquiries about registration and other school services and forwarding messages to appropriate staff
- Process all student registrations from all programs and the respective payments using the school database
- Process and record cancellations and postponements
- Prepare invoices and send them to agents/students as well as IH accounting in a nice and timely fashion
- Register trial lessons from agencies and/or individuals
- Maintain all paper student records in a clear and nice fashion
- Answer phone calls and manage the CC terminal
Qualifications
- At least one year experience working in registrar/admissions
- Experience in a school and/or an ESL environment is an asset
- Experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Secondary school diploma and some related certification
- College degree is a definite asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be organized and work independently as well as part of a team
